I am Ali and I am from Afghanistan and for 8 months I am on the Island of Lesvos and now I am living on top of a hill. I am 29 years old and with my wife and two children came to Europe. The main reason I left Afghanistan is because there was no safety for my family and our life was in danger. The city we lived in is now under control of the Taliban and we are Shia so we didn’t have the chance to have a life because the Taliban is against Shias. And I was forced to leave my country because of the education and future of my children on a dangerous journey to Europe.
