I found your letter in Amsterdam, the capital city of the Netherlands. I am a 27 year old woman from the Netherlands and I have worked several times as a volunteer on Lesbos and Samos. Thank you for writing your letter. I have thought some time about what to reply to your letter. I know a little bit what the situation is like there, but I cannot imagine what is like to live in the camp. I am sure it is very hard for you and your family. Do you have a big family? And how is the situation now you have been on Samos for some time? I know life is very hard there. But I know also some good things where happening there: for example people trying to learn new things, like languages, and helping each other. I hope you may experience these things as well, and that they may create some hope in your situation. I hope the future will be good for you and your family, and you can go somewhere to have a better life than you had in Syria and you have now in Greece. I saw in your letter that you are twenty one years old. That is still very young. Do not lose your dreams.
